How to enrol
Online, on iglink.ca
- Sign in, open My Profile → Reward points & VIP.
- Click "Enrol in VIP" — the system issues you a reference code.
- Send $25 CAD by Interac e-Transfer with the reference code in the message.
- iGLink confirms during business hours — VIP is active for 12 months and a receipt is emailed.
At an agent location
- Visit your nearest iGLink agent and ask to enrol in VIP.
- Pay $25 CAD in person.
- The agent activates your membership on the spot.
Reward points — for every customer
No VIP needed. Every lb shipped to Vietnam earns points; with enough points you redeem a promo code for a shipping or iG Express order.
100points per lb shipped
5.000points = one promo code
1code per order — enter online or read it at the store
Points are credited when your parcel is received at the Toronto warehouse and appear in your profile. If you have shipped at an agent before, register online with the same phone number so your existing points are linked.
