What to expect while waiting
Vietnam customs usually takes 1–3 business days
This is a normal, mandatory step for all imports. Packages that are correctly declared and properly packed clear customs faster.
Tracking not updated for 24–48 hours?
During the flight and customs phase, tracking may not update continuously — this is completely normal. If there's no update after 5 days, message us on Zalo.
Ask the recipient to watch their phone
When the package arrives in Vietnam, the delivery partner will call. Ask the recipient to answer calls from unknown numbers and have their address ready.
Shows "Delivered" but not received?
Contact us on Zalo immediately with your tracking number. iG Link will investigate with our Vietnam delivery partner and respond within 4 business hours.
