What to know when tracking your order
A few quick notes to help you plan while you wait for your parcel.
Customs clearance usually takes 1–3 days
Parcels arriving in Vietnam must clear customs before delivery. Complete, accurate declarations help the process go smoothly.
Tracking not updated for 24–48 hours?
While in flight or in customs, the status may not change. If there is still no update after 5 days, contact iGLink on Zalo.
Remind the recipient to watch their phone
When the parcel reaches Vietnam, the courier may call to arrange delivery. The recipient should keep their phone nearby and have an accurate address ready.
Shows “Delivered” but not received?
Contact iGLink on Zalo with your tracking number. We will check with our partner in Vietnam and reply within 4 business hours.
